Application

Applied to cotton and polyester fabric.

Usage Amount for Reference 

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-6505 diluted emulsion   2-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-6505 diluted emulsion   15-50g/L

Package

100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-6505 ：100KG

Emulsifier:  25kg

Glacial acetic acid:  2kg

Water:  375kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-6505 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

3. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

6. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

7. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.

Emulsifier: T0 or 13 series.
